I have purchased a subscription, how do I manage my subscription?
Please navigate to the subscription area in the Reminders tab of the 1:1 chat with the bot.
Does the person who purchases a subscription need to be assigned a seat on the subscription?
No, you can still manage the subscription without an assigned seat.
Do I need to buy a seat for every person in my organisation?
No, you only need to buy seats for users who
- set reminders and
- need more reminders than are included in the free plan.
Can I change the number of seats after I have purchased a subscription?
Yes, you can change the number of seats for a subscription at any time by clicking "Manage subscription" in the subscription area of the Reminders tab.
I have purchased this app through Teams/the Teams admin backend but my subscription is not active
On the last screen of the purchase process there is a button "Setup your account" which is easy to miss. Please open your Microsoft subscriptions management, press Remind and then press "Setup account" on top. This will open the landing page where you can activate your trial subscription.
I have purchased this app through Azure but my subscription is not active
During the activation process, you need to wait until the "configure account now" button becomes active, press it and activate your subscription on the landing page. Alternatively, you can open the "Saas" page in the Azure portal later on and activate your trial there by pressing Remind and then "configure account now".
I have purchased this app through Microsoft and activated the subscription, how do I assign users?
Please log into the app's landing page as an admin.
I have purchased this app through Microsoft, activated the subscription and assigned users. Why does the Teams admin center show zero user licenses?
Remind was released before Microsoft introduced the user assignment in the Teams admin center and still uses the old way of managing users, where every app manages user assignment on its own landing page.
I have left the organization I was part of when I subscribed but I still get charged.
If you still have access to the email address you used to sign up, please sign into the customer portal to cancel your subscription. If you don't have access to the email address anymore, please get in touch.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime by simply clicking "Manage subscription" in the subscription area of the Reminders tab. If you don't have access to MS Teams or the app anymore:
- If you subscribed through Microsoft, please log into your Microsoft subscriptions management and cancel there.
- If you still have access to the email address you used to sign up, please sign into the customer portal to cancel your subscription.
- If you don't have access to the email address anymore, please get in touch.
